Thank you for using Saqrplay Player. These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of Saqrplay Player. By downloading, installing, or using Saqrplay Player, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use Saqrplay Player.

1. License

1.1 Grant of License: Saqrplay Player is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with these Terms.

1.2 Restrictions: You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on Saqrplay Player, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

1.3 Ownership: Saqrplay Player and all intellectual property rights therein shall remain the property of Saqrplay Player's developer.

2. App Permission

In order to make some features work, we need your app permissions as follows:

STORAGE PERMISSION: If you want to play local music or Video, or display local photos in Saqrplay Player, we will ask permission to read local file. We will not obtain any audio or video from your device, nor will we modify or delete the content in your local media storage.

3. Use of Saqrplay Player

3.1 Eligibility: You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental consent to use Saqrplay Player.

3.2 Compliance: You agree to use Saqrplay Player in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

3.3 Prohibited Activities: You shall not use Saqrplay Player for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to infringing intellectual property rights or engaging in unauthorized access or distribution of content.

3.4 User Content: Any content you submit or share through Saqrplay Player remains your sole responsibility, and you grant Saqrplay Player's developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving Saqrplay Player.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

SAQRPLAY PLAYER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP'S DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE APP'S DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

6. Ads can be served within the service

Saqrplay Player may place advertisements on service screens and homepages related to service operation. However, we are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from users participating in the promotion activities of advertisers posted in the service or making transactions.
